HIPE_OP_FIND_RESULT
Sent to the client in reply to HIPE_OP_FIND_TEXT.
- location: The location given in the HIPE_OP_FIND_TEXT instruction.
- arg[0]: The number of matches found.
- arg[1]: The position of the selected match among them, counting from 1. 0 if nothing was found (or the search text was empty).
- arg[2]: "1" if the search wrapped round to reach the selected match (past the end, or past the start when finding backwards), otherwise "0".
- arg[3]: "+" if the search stopped at its limit of 1000 matches, so there may be more. Otherwise empty.
Notes
requestor carries the value of the HIPE_OP_FIND_TEXT instruction.
A search tool can show these values as e.g. "3 of 12", or "3 of 1000+" when arg[3] is "+".
