HIPE_OP_SERVER_NOTICE
Sent by the display server to report a mistake in your application that isn't fatal, for example a location listed for markup but found on no element in it (see "Locations").
- location: not used.
- arg[0]: the message.
Notes
libhipe prints the message to stderr and doesn't pass the instruction to your application.
